This may include your name, organization, work email, phone number, role, approximate team size, selected workflow area, current systems, and a high-level description of a workflow problem.
Zentari uses this information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate a requested conversation, and evaluate whether a prospective engagement is a fit. The specific systems, vendors, data flows, retention terms, access rules, and contractual obligations that may apply to a client engagement are determined for that engagement and should be documented in the applicable written agreement.

Do not submit credentials, CUI, source-selection-sensitive information, proprietary proposal content, or other sensitive material through Zentari’s public forms or the intake assistant. Begin with a high-level process discussion. Any secure exchange method, if appropriate, should be agreed separately.
